Thank you for visiting the website www.albertoLusona.com. Alberto Lusona produces and sells clothing and accessories of great class and quality. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service.
Once the order is received, we will send an electronic invoice to the email address as confirmation of the purchase. It is important to enter the correct e-mail address when ordering. We recommend that you save the aforementioned email in order to facilitate any contact with customer support at a later time. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a proof of purchase proof.
All prices displayed on the Lusona website, www.albertoLusona.com, include VAT, according to the applicable legislation.
Reserve of ownership
All products remain the property of Lusona until payment of the balance.
Lusona assumes no responsibility for any typographical errors on the site. Nor is it able to guarantee 100% that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products.
During the payment process, you can choose different payment options:
1. Gestpay by Banca Sella
– Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express .All communications are made through encrypted servers authenticated with SSL certificate.
– If you do not want to provide the details of your credit card, you will use PayPal. The customer will sign up for a free account and transfer the money from their account to the PayPal account (usually two days are required for registration), then using PayPal to pay. Simply go to paypal.com to log in.
Delivery times are 15 working days. We ship with Poste Italiane. The cost of shipping in Italy is 8 €, in Europe it is 15 € in the rest of the world is 18 €. Lusona is responsible for any damage or loss of goods during transport to the customer’s address. We ship from Italy.
Items not delivered
We charge an amount of € 20 in the event that the customer is not available to receive the goods or refuse to accept the package. If the customer changes his mind when the package is already traveling, he must receive the package and make the return; otherwise, it will be registered as “not received” and the aforementioned amount will be automatically debited.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days of receipt. The right only applies to products and their packaging that can be returned in the same condition they were at the time of delivery. Consumers who make use of the right to return an order must contact Lusona to find out the address to which the goods will be sent. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer. If an item is damaged during transport, you must contact Lusona within 30 days to receive information regarding the refund. However, the customer is responsible for the costs and risks related to the transport of the returned goods to Lusona.
Terms for complaints
It is important that the customer carefully checks the goods / products when he receives the shipment, to verify that they are correct and do not present any damage. This includes problems such as transport damage, defective products or incorrect orders from any other point of view. It must be remembered that in order to handle the claim, photographic evidence of the parcel and of the damaged items is always required, which must be sent by e-mail.
By placing an order through Lusona, the customer declares that he is at least 18 years old.
Furthermore, the customer must:
1. Register using your real name, phone number, e-mail address and payment details.
2. Provide a shipping address that is not a post office box or a post office.
We can not accept the order if the payment is not accepted by the applicable payment partner (eg Gestpay or PayPal).
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Lusona’s liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited to the existing conditions of sale. Lusona has no direct or indirect liability, for example (but without limitation) in the event of incompatibility, delays in delivery, downtime, loss of data, additional work or other economic damage.
Lusona will be exonerated from any liability for damages and other penalties in cases where the performance of the contract is prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond its control. The aforementioned circumstances include government intervention, new laws / amendments, absence of state, war, fire, flood, disturbance of work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, insufficient weather or transport conditions or failed delivery by suppliers, as well as cases in which the company suffers criminal activities with repercussions on its activities.
